How fast can you react to a special order or pre-booking?
Our procurement department is committed to react in as quickly as four-days advance notice.

Can you do special packs to suit our needs?
Our procurement department team, working together with farm production managers, will do everything necessary to satisfy any detail requirement to suit your needs.
 
What types of product do you carry?

Where do SoléFarms products come from?
SoléFarms has quality certified farms growing, packing and shipping flowers from Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and/or Holland.
 
How can I order flowers from Solé?
If you are a Florist, you can contact us at
info@solefarms.com and we will provide you with a list of wholesalers that carry our products in your area. If you are a Wholesaler, you can download a credit application from our site and send the completed application to: info@solefarms.com. Please tell us what products you are interested in and include your contact information so that one of our account managers can get in touch with you. You can also call us at 1-866-879-7653 where you may speak directly to the manager in charge.

How soon can an account be opened?
As long as you provide a complete credit application, with all the support documents required, our credit department will give you an answer within 72 hours.

What are the requirements for opening an account with SoléFarms?
You need to be a licensed and operational Wholesaler, Bouquet Maker, or Supermarket and able to show good credit references.

How can I obtain Credit from Solé?
You will need to fill out our credit application which can be obtained on our website or from one of our account representatives. Attach all the support documents required and send them to 2600 N.W. 79th Avenue Miami Florida 33122 or fax to: 305-593-5111. Our credit department is committed to giving you an answer within 72 hours once the completed application is received.

Billing FAQs:
 
Is there a charge for return checks? 
A returned check fee of $30.00 will be assessed to your account each time a check is returned not paid from your bank.

What are the delinquency penalties?
A delinquency charge of 1.5 % per month, or the maximum allowed by law, will be added on any amount which becomes past due more than 15 days from the net due appearing on each invoice and thereafter on delinquent amounts until paid.

What are the terms of payments?
The terms and conditions of payments are: Payments due date are 15 days from the statement date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accounts not paid within terms will be considered delinquent.

Is Western Union Quick Collect a payment option?
Yes, you can use Western Union Quick Collect. A nearby Western Union location can be found by calling 1-800-325-8600 or at
www.WesternUnion.com.

Does SoléFarms accept credit card payments?
Payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express securely via the Internet or over the phone. Contact your Account Manager for details.
